Registration & Withdrawal

At the time of enrollment, new students must present two proofs of residency, proof of immunizations, a birth certificate and a copy of their social security card. Returning students will need to provide two proofs of residency and any required updates on their immunization records. Students will not be permitted to remain in school if records are not completed within 30 days after enrollment. (Any exception to the above will require an affidavit signed by a physician if the immunization is injurious to health. If a religious conflict exists, an affidavit must be on file in the counselor’s office.)
